On the floor being passed by: Sophie the Giraffe - French-imported, specialty, natural material, custom birth record, pre-named with story included, $22.00. Being lovingly carried in my hand: sea horse bath toy, plastic from HABA, $1.50 maybe. Mama bought me Sophie as a special treat to replace my undying love for my bath toys. Notice which one I prefer. I am only too happy to pass Sophie by once again. And yet Mama keeps putting her out to see if I will warm up to her. Clearly, she has not yet learned her lesson. More money does NOT equal happy play. Sophie may need a new home.
